I am lead guitarist for the progressive metal band Stand Behind the Giant.
I have been playing off and on since I was 14.
I take influences from a lot of genres and you can find me playing my Schecter (Vikki) considerably more than my acoustic.
I love video games, and music. However, I have no favorites.
I'm currently am attending college to further my education and exploring my interests.
I'm still deciding my major.

My blog is consists of things that interest me, this means most of my posts are humor, video games, music, or cute animal pictures.

absoluteunbiased: Are you a hipster? Am I a hipster? What the fuck is a hipster?! Still no one knows. What that has to do with this band that a follower submitted also amounts to nothing. Although, this band may not be for all. We have Giraffes? Giraffes!, an instrumental experimental noise rock(some math rock) duo(similar to Hella, Buff Clout, etc) out of the United Kingdom. I whole-heartedly thank you for submitting this, kind follower, as I was tired of receiving the same crappy metal to review. The musicianship bestowed upon this album is unparalleled by current artists in this genre. They blend together the perfect balance of insane with calm. You will hear exactly what I mean if you sat your fat, piece of shit talking mouth down, and took the time to listen. There are even some compositions similar to Olafur Arnalds, the Icelandic composer, which is a stretch for any genre! I am thoroughly impressed. The drum work is catchy and almost instantaneously caught my ear and kept it interested. There are just the right amount of fills placed at the absolutely most appropriate sections. Bravo, Mr. Topham. The guitar licks are just down right sweet. If they were somehow transformed into a physical state, they would be a fat chocolate bar with lots of tooth rotting sugar. The tapping is very intricate and ear-pleasing, eye-pleasing in person, I’m sure! Mr. Andreoli pairs up the drumming together well with his knowledge of what sounds go where and where they don’t.  There are some ambient effects and keyboard playing throughout this album that create the perfect atmosphere that engulf the listener in a world of disturbingly beautiful musicianship. The heavily layered guitar effects that are used to create the ambient soundscape were a great addition.  This concludes my cock mongling, ass fisting review that is Giraffes? Giraffes! How many fucks do I give about this band? Uhhh…. here’s a first.GIRAFFES? GIRAFFES! GETS FIVE OUT OF FIVE FUCKS!
